Stress

Close one tab in real life

When everything feels open, choose one unfinished thing you can actually close.

LushClover · 02

The desk is full of reminders

A half-written message, an unpaid bill and a pile of papers all seem to be asking for attention. You move between them without finishing the part you started.

LushClover · 03

Choose by consequence, not noise

What is genuinely time-sensitive? What can wait without harm? If something has a real deadline, begin there. The most visible pile is not always the most important task.

LushClover · 04

Define a small finish

You might send the message, file one document, or find the number needed for a call. “Finish everything” offers no clear place to stop. Choose a result you can recognize.

LushClover · 05

Make the other tasks findable

Put remaining reminders on a list or in a folder. You are not pretending they have disappeared. You are giving yourself a way to return without keeping all of them in view.

LushClover · 06

Pause before choosing the next one

Notice what is now complete. Then decide whether to continue or take a break. The day may still be busy, but one task no longer needs to follow you around.

Stay a little longer
